Current Activities

Among the departments involved in nation building and development activities, the Department of Social Services is one of the departments. The Social Welfare Department performs all the functions through the District Social Welfare Office. In the welfare and development of the poor, neglected, backward, poor, orphan, disabled and disadvantaged people of the country, these district social services offices have extensive and multicultural programs.
